「防水対策」は英語では waterproof measure や waterproof step などで表現することができると思います。

※ちなみに「三密」という表現がありますが、こちらは英語で Three Cs となります。

「タメ」は英語では one's age や same age などを使って表現することができます。

「マスク詐欺」は英語では mask fishing くっつけて maskfishing などで表現することができると思います。
