「理想のタイプ」は英語では ideal type や best type などで表現することができると思います。

※ちなみに type は動詞としては「タイプする（タイピングする）」という意味を表せます。

はずれがない を英語で教えて!

「はずれがない」は英語では there is no miss や infallible などを使って表現することができます。

It's so delicious. There is no miss in your recommendation.
（凄い美味しい。あなたのおすすめははずれがないね。）

He has a lot of experience, so his judgment is infallible.
（彼は経験豊富なので、彼の判断にはずれはない。）

※ちなみに no を使うと not より強いにニュアンスで否定を表現できます。

甘すぎない を英語で教えて!

「甘すぎない」は英語では not too sweet や not sweet overly などで表現することができると思います。

This dessert is not too sweet but delicious. Try it.
（このデザート甘すぎなくておいしいよ。食べてみて。）

This cake isn't sweet overly. But it has a rich taste.
（このケーキ、甘すぎないね。でも濃厚な味がする。）

※ちなみに sweet は「甘い」という意味に加えて、「かわいい」や「かっこいい」などの意味も表せます。

「好きな人もいれば嫌いな人もいる」は英語では Some people like it and others don’t like it. や Some people like it and others hate it. などで表現することができると思います。

（ドリアンは、匂いが強いので好きな人もいれば嫌いな人もいる。）

He's unique, so some people like him and others hate him.
（彼は個性的だから、彼を好きな人もいれば嫌いな人もいるんだ。）

※ちなみに hate と言うと、ただ「嫌い」というより「かなり嫌い」というニュアンスになると思います。

出品 を英語で教えて!

「出品」は英語では exhibition や listing などで表現することができます。

I want to sell unnecessary items, so I'm planning to exhibit them on the app.

（出品した商品が全て売られたので、また同じものを仕入れることにした。）
