「クロッフル」は英語では croffle と表現することができます。

I baked the croffle. Come over here and eat.
（クロッフルを焼いたよ。こっちに来て食べなさい。）

This croffle is so delicious. hHow did you make it?
（このクロッフル、凄い美味しいね。どうやって作ったの？）

※ちなみに、「ワッフル」は英語でもそのまま waffle と言いますが、waffle は、スラング的に「曖昧なことを言う」というような意味も表せます。

「ひなたの国」は英語では land of the sunshine や land of the sun などで表現することができると思います。

My hometown has a catchphrase "Land of the sunshine."

Agriculture is flourishing here, as it is called the land of the sun.
（ここは、ひなたの国と呼ばれているので、農業が盛んです。）

※ちなみに「火の国」（熊本）の場合、英語では land of fire と表現できます。

「冷や汁」は英語では hiya-jiru soup や chilled soup with miso などで表現することができると思います。

The dish called hiya-jiru soup is famous.
（冷や汁という料理が有名です。）

I know about it because it's famous, but I've never had the chilled soup with miso.
（有名なので知ってはいますが、冷や汁は食べたことないですね。）

※ちなみに soup はスラング的に「困らせる」という意味で使われることもあります。

「折れあり」は英語では there is a crease や there is a rimple などで表現することができます。

There is a crease on the cover, could you buy it?
（表紙に折れあるのですが買取していただけますか？）

We will buy it even if there is a rimple.
（表紙に折れがあっても買い取りますよ。）

※ちなみに crease はスラングで「大笑いする」という意味を表せます。
