「フォロー申請」は英語では follower request や follow request などで表現することができると思います。

I wanted to see all his posts, so I sent a follower request to him.
（私は彼の投稿を全部見たいので、彼にフォロー申請した。）

I've received a lot of follow requests, but I haven't confirmed them yet.
（フォロー申請がたくさん来ているがまだ確認していないんだ。）

※ちなみに、お互いにフォローすることを希望することを follow for follow と言ったりします。

「野太い」は英語では deep や strong などで表現することができると思います。

His voice is so deep that it can be heard even from far away.
（彼の声は野太いので、遠くに居てもよく聞こえる。）

（君の野太い声は、良い雰囲気があって素晴らしいよ。）

※ちなみに deep に似た言葉に dope というスラングがありますが、「やばい」「イケてる」というような意味を表せます。

国公立大学 を英語で教えて!

「国公立大学」は英語では national or public university や government or public university などで表現することができます。

If possible, I would like to go to a national or public university.
（出来れば国公立大学に進学したい。）

If you want to take the entrance exam for government or public universities, you need to study 〇〇.
（国公立大学を受験する場合は〇〇を勉強する必要があります。）

※ちなみに university は「総合大学」のような"多くの学部からなる大学"という意味を表せます。

0学期 を英語で教えて!

「0学期」は英語では zero semester や semester for entrance examinations などで表現することができると思います。

The third semester of the second year is like the zero semester of the third year. You should study hard.
（二年生の三学期は三年生の0学期だ。しっかり勉強するように。）

I want to focus on studying mathematics in the semester for entrance examinations.
（0学期には数学を重点的に勉強したい。）

※ちなみに、4学期制の大学、学校などでは「学期」は quarter と表現できます。

Fラン大学 を英語で教えて!

「Fラン大学」は英語では Mickey Mouse university や stupid university などである程度表現することができると思います。

He seems to have graduated from a Mickey Mouse university, but he is surprisingly capable.
（彼はFラン大学出身らしいが、驚くほど有能だ。）

I'm from a stupid university, but I don't care.
（私はFラン大学出身ですが、気にしていません。）

※ちなみに college の場合は university よりも規模の小さい大学になります。
