※ wannabe は want to be（〜になりたい） から生まれた言葉ですが、「かぶれてる奴」や「なりたがってる奴」というようなニュアンスで使えると思います。
ちなみに、ヒップホップの曲の歌詞などでなよく「ダサい奴」みたいな意味で使われています。
