「ディーラー」は英語では auto dealership や、そのまま dealer などで表現することができます。

I always buy cars from the auto dealership, so this is the first time I've experienced this.
（私はいつもディーラーから車を買っているので、こういう経験は初めてですね。）

I just got a call from the dealer's rep saying they have a quote for the new car ready.
（ディーラーの担当者から新車の見積もりが用意できたって連絡があったよ。）

「迷わず〇〇する」は英語では do something without hesitation と表現することができます。

A small child was walking alone on the side of the road, so I called out to her without hesitation.
（道端で小さい子が一人で歩いていたので、迷わず声を掛けました。）

At the shoe store in front of the station, the sneakers I had wanted for a long time were on sale at a bargain price, so I bought them without hesitation.
（駅前の靴屋で、私がずっと欲しかったスニーカーが特価で売られていたので、迷わず購入した。）

「歩道を歩く」は英語では walk on the sidewalk や walk on the pavement などで表現することができます。

「手を差し出す」は英語では hold out one's hand や extend one's hand などで表現することができます。
