「横ばい」は英語では、上記のように表現することができます。

（今年のオンラインショップの売上は、前年比横ばいでした。）

Unfortunately, sales were flat, but the number of customers increased.
（残念ながら、売上は横ばいでしたが、客数は増えました。）

※ちなみに flat はイギリス英語では「アパート」や「マンション」という意味で使われたりします。

（その横紙破りな性格を直した方がいいよ。）

※ちなみに egotistic と似た selfish という言葉もありますが、egotistic の方がより強めの表現になると思います。

※ちなみに pull up はスラング的に「懸垂」という意味も表せます。

※ officially（公式に、正式に、など）

（私は王位継承権の為に、弟と争いたくはない。）

※ちなみに、日本の流行り言葉で、何か知っていることに対して「それな」と言ったりしますが、英語では I know right と言うとそれに近いニュアンスを表現できると思います。
