内地 を英語で教えて!

「内地」は英語では mainland や inland などで表現することができます。

I've lived on this island all my life, so I've only been to the mainland a few times.
（私はこの島でずっと暮らしているので、内地に行ったことは数回しかないよ。）

Recently, this island has also become famous as a tourist spot, so I think the number of people who have moved from the inland has increased a little.
（最近はこの島も観光地として有名になったから、内地から移住してくる人も少し増えたと思うよ。）

冬タイヤ を英語で教えて!

「冬タイヤ」は英語では winter tire や snow tire などで表現することができます。
※ studless tire という表現も一応あるようです。

（寒冷地を走行する前には必ず冬タイヤに交換してください。）

It snows frequently there, so you should definitely change to snow tires.
（あそこは頻繁に雪が降るところだから、絶対に冬タイヤに取り替えた方がいい。）

あかぎれ を英語で教えて!

「あかぎれ」は英語では chapped skin と表現することができると思います。

In winter, it gets cold and dry, so chapped skin becomes worse.
（冬になると寒くなり、乾燥するので、あかぎれがひどくなる。）

You should apply a lot of moisturizing cream before the chapped skin becomes severe.
（あかぎれが酷くなる前に保湿クリームたっぷり塗った方がいいよ。）

「許してくれる？」は英語では can you forgive me? や
will you forgive me? などで表現することができます。

I'm really sorry for breaking my promise the other day. I won't do it again, so can you forgive me?
（この間は約束を破って本当にごめんなさい。もう2度としないから、許してくれる？）

I meant no offense. Will you forgive me?
（悪気はなかったんだ。許してくれる？）
※ no offense（悪気はない）

「もっと安くなりませんか？」は英語では can you give me a better price? や can you give me a discount? などで表現することができます。

I'm going to buy a lot, so can you give me a better price?
（たくさん買うので、もっと安くなりませんか？）

This is the only cash I have. Can you give me a discount?
（現金がこれだけしかないんです。もっと安くなりませんか？）
