「私の話を聞いてる？」は英語では
are you with me? や are you listening to me? などで表現することができます。

I've been wondering about this for a while, are you with me?
（さっきから気になってるんだけど、私の話を聞いてる？）

Are you listening to me? It's a little noisy, so can you turn off the TV?

「うなだれる」は英語では droop one's head や hang one's head などで表現することができます。
