ingredient は「材料」「原料」などの意味を持つ名詞ですが、よく「（料理の）材料」という意味で使われます。また、dish は「お皿」という意味の名詞ですが、「料理の盛られたお皿」＝「料理」という意味も表せます。

（初めて見る料理ですね。これは何の料理ですか？）

これは何の料理ですか？

cuisine も「料理」という意味を表す言葉ですが、「地域の料理」というニュアンスがあります。

The laboratory makes full use of advanced technology.
その研究所は先端技術を駆使している。

laboratory は「研究所」や「実験室」などの意味を表せます。（よく lab と略されます。）また、make full use of 〜 で「〜を駆使する」「〜をフル活用する」などの意味を表現できます。
※ advanced technology で「先端技術」という意味を表せますが、「最先端技術」と表現したい場合は cutting edge technology と表現できます。

（これは重要なことだが、その研究所は先端技術を駆使している。）

そのシャツ、どこで買いましたか？

buy は「買う」を表す代表的な表現になります。名詞としては「買い物」という意味を表せます。

That's a nice shirt. Where did you buy that shirt?
（素敵なシャツですね。そのシャツ、どこで買いましたか？）

Where did you purchase that shirt?
そのシャツ、どこで買いましたか？

purchase の場合は buy より少し固い表現になり、「購入する」というニュアンスになります。

（そのシャツの色合い、素敵ですね。そのシャツ、どこで買いましたか？）

get は「手に入れる」「到着する」などいろいろな使い方がある表現になりますが、「買う」という意味で使うこともできます。（カジュアルなニュアンスにはなります。）
