house は「家」という意味ですが、「〜院」という意味も表すことができます。また、councilor は「議員」「評議員」という意味を表す言葉になります。

find は「見つける」という意味の動詞ですが、「思う」というニュアンスでもよく使われます。

（卒業後の仕事が見つかりました。先生（あなた）のおかげです。）

have found a job
仕事が見つかった

have found と現在完了形にすることで、「見つかってあまり時間がたっていない」というニュアンスを表せます。また、幅広く「仕事」という意味を表す work に対し、job は「（お金を得るための）仕事」というニュアンスになります。
