it's on me は、直訳すると「私の上にある」というような意味になりますが、「奢るよ」という意味の定番のフレーズになります。

fall into a doze で「居眠りする」という意味を表せます。また、strictly prohibited で「厳しく禁止される」という意味を表せます。（strictly は「厳しく」「厳密に」などを表す副詞になります。）

（授業中は居眠り厳禁です。）

We can’t fall into a doze definitely.
居眠り厳禁。

we can't 〜 は「私達は〜出来ない」という意味ですが、「〜は禁止です」という意味でよく使われます。

（勤務中は居眠り厳禁です。）

leak は「漏れる」「漏らす」などの意味を表す動詞ですが、名詞としては「漏洩」という意味を表せます。
※leak は、液体や気体などに対しても、情報などに対しても使うことができます。

（副業に伴う情報漏洩のリスクに対処する必要があります。）

breach は「破る」という意味の動詞ですが、名詞としては「侵害」や「避け目」という意味を表します。

（ここにいるメンバー以外に知らせなければ、情報漏洩が起こることはない。）

貴重な人材 を英語で教えて!

valuable human resource
貴重な人材

valuable は「価値がある」「貴重な」などの意味を表す形容詞になります。また、human resource で「人材」という意味を表せます。
※ちなみに human resources department と言うと「人事部」という意味になります。（HD department と略されることもあります。）

He is familiar with 〇〇, so he is a very valuable human resource.
（〇〇に詳しいので、彼はとても貴重な人材です。）

貴重な人材

manpower も「人材」という意味を表せる名詞ですが、「労働力」というニュアンスでも使われます。

A lot of valuable manpower has left the company.
（多くの貴重な人材が会社を去ってしまった。）
