「そうなんだ」（I see.以外）は英語では Really? や I got it. などで表現することができると思います。

Really? I didn't know that because I hadn't been notified beforehand.
（そうなんだ。事前に報告がなかったから、全然知らなかった。）
※ beforehand（事前に）

I got it. I'm sorry, but could you send me the changes by email?
（そうなんだ。悪いけど変更点をメールで送ってくれない？）

「同僚」（coworker 以外）は英語では colleague や associate などで表現することができます。

「私も同じく」（also、me too以外）は英語では same here や I agree などを使って表現することができると思います。
