おつまみ を英語で教えて!

「おつまみ」は英語では finger food や appetizer などで表現することができます。

Recently, the number of online parties has increased, so I started making my own finger foods.

「最近忙しい」は英語では I'm busy these days. や I'm occupied lately. などで表現することができます。

I'm busy these days. I've just started a new project, so I think I'll be busy for a while.
（最近忙しいよ。新しいプロジェクトがスタートさせたばかりだから、しばらくは忙しいと思う。）

I'm occupied lately, so I can't meet you. Let's go somewhere next month.
（最近忙しいから、会えないね。来月になったらどこかに行こうよ。）

温度差 を英語で教えて!

「温度差 」は英語では difference of enthusiasm や gap of feeling などで表現することができるかなと思います。

It is difficult to fill the difference of enthusiasm between couples.

There is the gap of feelings towards this project depending on the members.
（メンバーによって、このプロジェクトに対して温度差がある。）
