「アパート」は英語では apartment や flat などで表現することができます。

I'm looking for an apartment near the station because my new place of work seems to be busy.

「してはいけない」は英語では should never や can't などを使って表現することができます。

You should never intentionally hurt or cause trouble to others.
（人を故意に傷つけたり、迷惑となる行為は絶対にしてはいけません。）

We can't smoke on the premises.
（敷地内で喫煙してはいけません。）

「残念ながら」は英語では unfortunately や regrettably などで表現することができます。

（素晴らしいプレゼンでしたが、残念ながら似たようなビジネスは既にあります。）
