「上司のお気に入り」は英語では boss's favorite（ favorite は FAV と略されたりもします）や boss's pet などで表現することができます。

She's my boss's favorite.
（彼女がうちの上司のお気に入りよ。）

「幸せ感溢れる」は英語では be flooded with happiness や be full of happiness などで表現することができると思います。
