「ブラック企業」は英語では evil corporation や exploitative enterprise などで表現することができます。

I don't have proof yet, but I definitely think that company is an exploitative enterprise.

「ブラック校則」は英語では unreasonable school rulesや outdated school regulations などで表現することができると思います。
