「悩む」は英語では be in a dilemma や be worried などで表現することができます。

I'm in a dilemma about what's good for my colleague's wedding gift.

（私は今の仕事が好きではないので、自分の将来について悩んでいます。）

「義務」は英語では duty や obligation などで表現することができます。
