「パワーワード」は英語では catch phrase や そのまま power word などで表現することができると思います。

I think it would be better to advertise using more comprehensible catch phrases.
（もっとわかりやすいパワーワードを使って宣伝したほうがいいと思います。）
※ comprehensible（わかりやすい、理解できる、など）

These are power words for young people, so they can be used in many different ways.
（これらは若者にはパワーワードなので、いろいろな意味で使われます。）

「畑を耕す」は英語では plow the field や work the field などで表現することができます。

I have to plow the fields every day during this period, so it's hard work, but it's fun.
（この時期は毎日、畑を耕さないといけないので、大変ですが、楽しいです。）

Basically, I work the fields in the morning and deliver and pack in the afternoon.
（基本的には、午前中は畑を耕して、午後は配達や梱包をしています。）

「毛穴ケアには気を遣う」は英語では be mindful of pore care や be careful about pore care などで表現することができます。

「正味」は英語では net と表現することができます。

※海外発送の為の送り状（invoice）には正味重量が net weight と書かれています。

（昼休みや、細かい休憩があるので、労働時間は正味8時間です。）

「一人の方が心地よいです」は英語では feel more comfortable alone や feel more pleasant alone などで表現することができます。
