「買い替え時」は英語では time to replace や time to renew などで表現することができると思います。

The operating noise of the washing machine has gotten so loud. I think it's time to replace it.

「根に持つ」は英語では have a grudge や hold a grudge などで表現することができます。

「くずし字」は英語では in running form や in cursive style などを使って表現することができると思います。

The letter from my grandfather is hard to read because it is written in running form.

The sales manager's directions are written in cursive style, making them difficult to read.
（営業部長の指示書はくずし字で書かれているので、読みづらい。）
