機種代 を英語で教えて!

「機種代」は英語では model purchase price や model price などで表現することができます。

If possible, I would like to reduce the model purchase price. Are there any good methods?
（出来れば、機種代を安くしたいです。何かいい方法はありますか？）

Lately, I don't buy the latest smartphone because the model price is high.
（最近は機種代が高いので最新のスマホを買わなくなりました。）

※ちなみに price は prices として「物価」という意味でもよく使われます。

指数関数 を英語で教えて!

「指数関数」は英語では exponential や exponentially などを使って表現することができます。

By analogy with these data, we can expect exponential growth.
（これらのデータから類推すると、指数関数的な増加が見込まれます。）
※analogy（類推、類似、など）

It seems that the situation has changed as these have expanded exponentially.
（これらが指数関数的に拡大したため、状況が変わったようです。）

※ちなみに、似た表現に rapidly という言葉もありますが、こちらは「急激に」という意味はありますが、exponentially のように「どんどん早くなる」というニュアンスはありません。

「心霊写真」は英語では ghost picture や spirit photograph などで表現することができます。

The other day, there was a ghost picture among the photos I took when I went to ○○.
（この間、○○に行った時に取った写真の中に、心霊写真があった。）

I want to collect a lot of spirit photographs and make a book.
（心霊写真をたくさん集めて本を作りたいです。）

※ちなみに ghost はスラングとして「連絡を絶つ」という意味で使われることもあります。

「天衣無縫」は英語では simplicity や innocent などで表現することができると思います。

All the children in this kindergarten are simplicity.

（彼女は天衣無縫なので、社内でとても人気がある。）

※ちなみに simplicity は「無知」や「地味」というネガティブな意味で使われることもあります。

※ちなみに house を使ったスラングで in da（the） house は「ここにいる」という意味で使われます。（ヒップホップ業界でよく使われます。）
