This citizen ball stadium is the pride of 〇〇 citizens.
（この市民球場は我々、〇〇市民の誇りです。）

※ちなみに ball を使ったスラング表現ですが、have a ball で「楽しむ」という意味を表せます。

「新交通システム」は英語では new transportation system や new traffic system などで表現することができます。

（来月から〇〇で、新交通システムが導入される。）

※ちなみに traffic は「交通」という意味ですが、「渋滞」という意味でもよく使われます。

「新党」は英語では new party や new political party などで表現することができます。

（新党結成よろしくお願いいたします。）

※the は「例の」という意味でも使えます。

※ちなみに party には「パーティー」という意味もありますが、動詞として「パーティーする」という使い方も出来ます。

日本の古い表現「まほろば」は英語では wonderful place や great place などで表現することができると思います。

This town can be called the great place because it is located on the side of the 〇〇 river.
（この街は、〇〇川の側に位置しているので、まほろばと言える。）

※ちなみに wonderful や great はどちらも「素晴らしい」という意味も表せますが、wonderful は「不思議な」というニュアンスを含ませることができ、great は「偉大な」というニュアンスがあります。

「青菜に塩」は英語では crestfallen や be in low spirits などを使って表現することができると思います。
