「励む」は英語では devote oneself や strive などで表現することができます。

He became famous in the industry because he devoted himself to researching 〇〇 for 10 years.
（彼は10年間、〇〇の研究に励んだおかげで、業界で有名になった。）

He strived in sports during his school days, but was unable to become a professional because he lacked talent.
（彼は学生時代、スポーツに励んだが、才能がなかったのでプロにはなれなかった。）

※ちなみに strive は「抗争する」という意味でも使えます。

裏側に潜入 を英語で教えて!

「裏側に潜入」は英語では sneak into the back side や infiltrate the behind などで表現することができます。

We will sneak into the back side of a Michelin restaurant!
（ミシュランレストランの裏側に潜入！）

If you can infiltrate the behind of 〇〇, there is a high possibility that you will be able to find some evidence.
（〇〇の裏側に潜入出来れば、何か証拠を掴める可能性は高い。）

※ちなみに sneak はスラング的に「卑怯なやつ」のような意味でも使われます。

裏盆 を英語で教えて!

「裏盆」（お盆の終わり頃）は英語では around the end of Obon period や around the end of Bon period などで表現することができると思います。

It’s already around the end of Obon period, but the temperature remains as high as before.
（もう裏盆だが、気温は以前として高いままだ。）

It's still around the end of Bon period, so there are still a lot of tourists.
（まだ裏盆なので、観光客はまだたくさんいますよ。）

※ちなみに period はスラング的に「それだけだ」や「以上だ」のような意味で使われることもあります。

「陸軍」は英語では army や military などで表現することができます。

「立ちくらみ」は英語では lightheaded や dizzy などを使って表現することができます。

（立ちくらみがするので、しばらく休憩します。）

（試合前の練習中、立ちくらみがしたので、試合を棄権した。）

※ちなみに dizzy は「バカな」「愚かな」というような意味で使われることもあります。
