サメ肌 を英語で教えて!

「サメ肌」は英語では dry skin や rough skin などである程度表現することができると思います。

I apply cream on my body every day to improve my dry skin.
（私はサメ肌を改善する為に、毎日身体にクリームを塗っている。）

I have rough skin, so flashy swimsuits may not suit me.
（私はサメ肌なので、派手な水着は似合わないかも知れません。）

※ちなみに rough skin は「荒れた肌」という意味でも使えます。

ボートを漕ぐ を英語で教えて!

「ボートを漕ぐ 」は英語では row a boat や paddle a boat などで表現することができます。

Let’s all go rowing a boat this weekend.
（今度の週末、みんなでボートを漕ぎに行こうよ。）

If we don't get the timing right when paddling a boat, we won't be able to win in the tournament.
（ボートを漕ぐ際のタイミングを合わさないと、大会では勝てないよ。）

※ちなみに paddle a boat の場合は、文字通り、"（パドルを使って）ボートを漕ぐ"という意味になります。

「ちょこちょこ」は英語では from time to time や occasionally などで表現することができると思います。

Thank you for today. I’ll make an appearance from time to time.
（今日はありがとう。これからもちょこちょこ顔を出すね。）

Even after graduating, I still see him occasionally.
（卒業してからも、彼とはまだちょこちょこ会ってる。）

※あくまでニュアンスですが、from time to time の方が occasionally より多少、頻度が高くなるかなと思います。

「お礼参り」は英語では visiting a shrine to give thanks や paying a visit of thanks to a shrine などで表現することができると思います。

Don’t forget the visiting a shrine to give thanks.
（神社へのお礼参りをかかさずにね。）

My daughter passed the exam, so I’m going to pay a visit of thanks to a shrine tomorrow.
（娘が試験に合格したので、明日神社にお礼参りに行きます。）

※ちなみに shrine は「神社」という意味ですが、動詞としては「奉安する」という意味を表せます。

「耳をダンボにする」は英語では with one's ears pricked や with all one's ears などで表現することができると思います。

I listen to gossip with my ears pricked.
（噂話を耳をダンボにして聞く。）

（会場で結果発表が行われていたので、耳をダンボして聞いた。）

※ちなみに I'm all ears. と言うと、スラング的に「興味津々」という意味を表せます。
