「エロ本」は英語では erotic book や porn magazine などで表現することができると思います。

In Japan, erotic books are sold at convenience stores.
（日本ではコンビニでエロ本を売っているよ。）

I lost the porn magazine I borrowed from a friend.
（友人から借りたエロ本を無くしてしまった。）

※ちなみに book は「本」という意味ですが、動詞としては「予約する」という意味を表せます。

エナメル質 を英語で教えて!

「エナメル質」は英語では enamel と表現することができます。

Apparently the reason I often get cavities is because my dental enamel is thin.
（私がよく虫歯になるのは、どうやら歯のエナメル質が薄いのが原因らしい。）
※ cavity（虫歯、空洞、など）

It seems that enamel of the teeth is the hardest substance in the human body.
（歯のエナメル質は人間の身体の中で1番硬いらしい。）

※ちなみに enamel は陶器などに付ける「釉薬」という意味も表せます。

うんと～する を英語で教えて!

「うんと～する」は英語では do 〜 a lot や do 〜 lots などで表現することができると思います。

I hadn't seen my child for a while because I was on a business trip, so I spoiled him a lot.
（出張でしばらく子供に会えていなかったので、うんと甘えさせてあげました。）

To become a professional player, you have to practice lots.
（プロの選手になるためには、うんと練習しなきゃならないよ。）

※ちなみに lots は a lot をよりカジュアルにした感じの表現になります。

うろついてる人がいる を英語で教えて!

「うろついてる人がいる」は英語では there is a person wandering around や there is a person hanging around などで表現することができると思います。

There is a person wandering around the house. I'll call the police.
（家の周りをうろついてる人がいる。警察に連絡するよ。）

You shouldn’t go to the park now because there is a person hanging around.
（うろついてる人がいるから、今は公園には行かない方がいい。）

※ちなみに wander は「うろつく」や「ぶらつく」という意味に加えて、「道から外れる」という意味でも使われます。

うるしに負ける を英語で教えて!

「うるしに負ける」は英語では one's skin gets rash with the lacquer や one's skin breaks out in a rash with the lacquer などで表現することができると思います。

My skin is relatively sensitive, so my skin got rash with the lacquer.
（私の肌は比較的敏感なので、うるしに肌が負けました。）

Before working, I apply cream to my hands to avoid that my skin breaks out in a rash with the lacquer.
（作業の前は、うるしに肌が負けないように手にクリームを塗ります。）

※ちなみに lacquer は動詞として「うるしで塗る」という意味を表すことができます。
