「子宮」は英語では uterus や womb などで表現することができます。

（このように、子宮は骨盤に守られています。）

「へその緒」は英語では naval string や umbilical cord などで表現することができます。

During pregnancy, nutrients are sent to the baby through the naval string.

（出産後、へその緒は切断されます。）

※ちなみに string は「紐」や「糸」という意味があるのですが、「（楽器の）弦」という意味でも使われます。
