僕も英語は始めた際は、初心者からです。

詳しく理解してもらいたいので、例文も作りました。

変則的 を英語で教えて!

regularまたは、
Unconventional

個人的には、上の方が日常会話でも使われる頻度も高いし、
シンプルな表現だと思います。

「勤務時間が変則的になります」と言う場合、
The working hours will be irregular.

この文章も参考にしてみてください。
Due to the project's demands, we will have irregular working hours for the next few weeks.
プロジェクトの要件により、次の数週間は勤務時間が変則的になります。

片付けよろしくね を英語で教えて!

Please tidy up.または、
Could you take care of the cleaning?

tidy upには整理整頓するという意味合いがあり、
cleanよりも、簡単な片付けを指すことが多いです。
子供のおもちゃを片付けるだと、Please tidy up.になります。

Please tidy up your room before leaving.
出かける前に部屋を片付けてください。

Could you take care of the cleaning in the kitchen?
キッチンの掃除をしてくれる？

返事をすぐにもらった を英語で
I got a prompt response.
または、
He replied right away.
個人的には、上の方が日常会話でも使われる頻度も高いし、
シンプルな表現だと思います。

「彼からは返事をすぐにもらったよ」と
You got a prompt response from him.

他の例文も作ってみました！

I sent an email to the customer support, and I got a prompt response.
カスタマーサポートにメールを送ったら、すぐに返事が来ました。

市外バスに乗った を英語で教えて!

a long-distance busで、
市外のバス＝遠いところに行けるバスになります。
long-distance はシンプルな表現なので
初心者の方にもわかりやすい単語だと思います。

「電車の改札を出て、市外バスに乗った」という文は英語で

I exited the train station and took a long-distance bus.
または
After passing through the train station's ticket gate, I boarded an intercity bus.
