はじめまして。
これまで海外（英語圏）の現地企業にて、日常的に英語を使用し、勤務しておりました。

1. I've gained even more confidence.
さらに自信がついた。
gain confidence は「自信を得る 」、even more は「さらに 」という表現です。以前から持っていた自信に加えて、さらに自信が増したことを表します。

例文
Having cleared that difficult challenge, I've gained even more confidence.
難しい課題をクリアして、さらに自信がついた。

Having cleared は完了分詞構文で、「難しい課題をクリアしたことで」という表現になります。 Clear は「（障害などを）取り除く」「乗り越える」という動詞です。

2. I feel even more confident now.
さらに自信がついた。
feel confident は「自信を感じる 」という表現です。課題をクリアした現在の自分の感情として、以前よりもさらに自信を持っていることを表します。

例文
Having cleared that difficult challenge, I feel even more confident now.
難しい課題をクリアして、さらに自信がついた。

Feel even more confident now は「今、さらに自信を感じている」という表現です。Feel は「感じる」という動詞です。 Now は「今」という副詞です。

3. This has boosted my confidence even further.
さらに自信がついた。
boost confidence は「自信を高める 」、even further は「さらに 」という表現です。難しい課題をクリアしたことがきっかけで、自信が以前よりも一段と向上したことを強調します。

例文
Clearing that difficult challenge has boosted my confidence even further.
難しい課題をクリアして、さらに自信がついた。

Clearing that difficult challenge は動名詞句で、「その難しい課題をクリアすること」が主語になっています。

しばらく保留にしておきましょう を英語で教えて!

1. Let's put it on hold for a while.
しばらく保留にしておきましょう。
put something on hold は「～を保留にする 」、for a while は「しばらくの間 」という表現です。最も一般的に使用できます。

例文
Let's put it on hold for a while about the proposal.
その提案については、しばらく保留にしておきましょう。

・proposal: 提案（名詞）

2. Let's hold off on this for the time being.
しばらく保留にしておきましょう。
hold off on something は「～を延期する 」「～を見送る 」、for the time being は「当分の間 」という表現です。

例文
Given our current priorities, let's hold off on this for the time being.
現在の優先順位を考えると、当分の間、これを見送りましょう。

・current: 現在の（副詞）
・priority: 優先順位（名詞）

3. Let's table this for now.
しばらく保留にしておきましょう。
table something は主にアメリカ英語で「～を保留にする 」「～の審議を延期する 」という意味です。イギリス英語では「～を議題に上げる 」という意味になるため、相手がどちらの英語圏の人かによって注意が必要です。for now は「今のところ 」という意味です。

例文
That's something to consider, but let's table this for now and focus on the immediate issues.
それは検討すべきことですが、今のところは保留にして、差し迫った問題に集中しましょう。

・consider: 検討する（動詞）
・focus: 集中する（動詞）

さっぱり思い出せない を英語で教えて!

1. I can't remember at all.
さっぱり思い出せない。
can't remember は「思い出せない 」、at all は「全く 」「全然 」という表現で、思い出せない度合いを強調します。

例文
I can't remember at all what we talked about that day.
その日、私たちが何を話したかさっぱり思い出せない。

・that day: その日（名詞）

2. I have absolutely no recollection of it.
それについてさっぱり思い出せない。
have no recollection of は「～について記憶がない 」、absolutely は「全く 」「完全に 」という表現で、強い否定を表します。ややフォーマルな表現です。

最後まで力を尽くしたい を英語で教えて!

1. I want to give it my all until the end.
最後まで全力を尽くしたい。
give it one's all は「全力を尽くす 」、until the end は「最後まで 」という表現です。プロジェクトの完了まで、持てる力を全て出し切りたいという気持ちを表します。

例文
We're in the final stretch of this tough project. I want to give it my all until the end.
この難しいプロジェクトも最終段階に入った。最後まで力を尽くしたい。

・final stretch: 最終段階（フレーズ）

2. I want to put in my best effort until the very end.
最後まで最善の努力を尽くしたい。
put in one's best effort は「最善の努力をする 」、until the very end は「まさに最後まで 」という表現です。単に力を尽くすだけでなく、最高の努力を続けたいという意気込みが伝わります。

例文
This has been challenging, but we're almost there. I want to put in my best effort until the very end.
これは困難だったけれど、もうすぐだ。最後まで最善の努力を尽くしたい。

・challenge: 困難なこと、挑戦、チャンレンジ（名詞）

散々な結果 を英語で教えて!

1. It was a disastrous result.
それは悲惨な結果だった。（散々な結果）
disastrous は「悲惨な 」「ひどい 」という表現で、非常に悪く、壊滅的な結果だったことを強調します。

例文
My presentation was a disastrous result of my lack of practice.
私のプレゼンは練習不足による散々な結果だった。
of my lack of practice は「私の練習不足が原因の」という表現で、a disastrous result を修飾している。

・lack of ~: ~の不足、欠如。名詞的に使う。
　例：lack of sleep（睡眠不足）
・result: 結果（名詞）

2. It was a terrible outcome.
それはひどい結果だった。（散々な結果）
terrible は「ひどい 」「恐ろしい 」という表現で、非常に悪い結果だったことを表す一般的な表現です。

・outcome: （努力・出来事などの）結果、結末。ややフォーマルで、プロセスの末に生じた結論を指す。

例文
The presentation was a terrible outcome. I wish I had practiced more.
プレゼンは散々な結果だった。もっと練習しておけばよかった。
I wish I had practiced more：仮定法過去完了。「〜しておけばよかった」と過去の後悔を表す言い方。

3. It was a complete failure.
それは完全な失敗だった。（散々な結果）
complete failure は「完全な失敗 」という表現で、全くうまくいかなかった、という状況を強調します。

例文
Due to my lack of preparation, the presentation was a complete failure.
準備不足のため、プレゼンは散々な結果だった。

・due to ~: ~のため、~によって。文頭に Due to ~ を置くと、「理由の提示 → 結果」の流れになる自然な文になります。
