これまで海外（英語圏）の現地企業にて、日常的に英語を使用し、勤務しておりました。

貸し出し中 を英語で教えて!

1. Checked out
貸し出し中
主に図書館で使われる表現です。「check out」は「（本などを）借りる」という動詞の過去分詞形で、物が借りられている状態を示します。

例文
Excuse me, is this book available? - I'm sorry, it's currently checked out.
すみません、この本はありますか？ - 申し訳ありません、現在貸し出し中です。
・available: 利用可能な（形容詞）
・currently: 現在（副詞）

2. On loan
貸し出し中
図書館や博物館などで広く使われる、ややフォーマルな表現です。「loan」は「貸し出し」という名詞で、「on loan」で「貸し出し中の」という状態を表します。

例文
This exhibition item is on loan and will return next month.
この展示品は貸し出し中で、来月戻ります。
・exhibition item: 展示品（名詞）

3. Currently unavailable
現在利用できません。
レンタルショップなど、幅広い場所で使える一般的な表現です。「unavailable」は「利用できない」「入手できない」という形容詞で、「currently」で「現在」という状況を示します。

例文
I'm looking for this DVD. - Sorry, it's currently unavailable. All copies are rented out.
このDVDを探しています。 - 申し訳ありません、現在貸し出し中です。すべてのコピーがレンタルされています。

これはまたとない投資のチャンス を英語で教えて!

1. This is a golden investment opportunity.
これはまたとない投資のチャンスです。
文字通りの意味合いで、非常に良い機会であることを強調。
golden は「黄金の 」「非常に貴重な 」、investment opportunity は「投資の機会 」という意味です。「黄金の機会」という比喩で、非常に価値のある、逃すべきでないチャンスであることを伝えます。

例文
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a golden investment opportunity you won't want to miss.
皆様、これは決して見逃したくない、またとない投資のチャンスです。

・you won't want to miss: 見逃したくないでしょう

2. This is a once-in-a-lifetime investment chance.
これは一生に一度の投資のチャンスです。
二度とない貴重な機会であることを強調
once-in-a-lifetime は「一生に一度の 」、investment chance は「投資の機会 」という表現です。非常に稀で、二度と巡ってこないかもしれないほど貴重な機会であることを強調します。

例文
Don't hesitate. This is a once-in-a-lifetime investment chance to secure your financial future.
躊躇しないでください。これはあなたの経済的な将来を確実にするための、一生に一度の投資のチャンスです。
・don't hesitate: 躊躇しないでください

駅まで送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？ を英語で教えて!

1. Would it be possible for you to give me a ride to the station?
駅まで送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？
would it be possible for you to は「～していただくことは可能でしょうか？ 」という非常に丁寧な依頼の表現です。give me a ride to は「～まで送る 」、the station は「駅 」を指します。

例文
Excuse me, Mr./Ms. [担当者の名前], would it be possible for you to give me a ride to the station after our meeting?
失礼いたします、[担当者の名前]様、お打ち合わせの後、駅まで送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？
・excuse me: 失礼いたします

2. I was wondering if it would be possible to get a lift to the station.
駅まで送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？ (少し控えめな言い方)
I was wondering if it would be possible to は「～できればと思っていたのですが 」という、相手に配慮した控えめな依頼の表現です。get a lift to は「～まで送ってもらう 」というややカジュアルな言い方ですが、丁寧な文脈で使われることもあります。

例文
Hello, [担当者の名前], I was wondering if it would be possible to get a lift to the station when I leave?
こんにちは、[担当者の名前]様、お帰りの際に、駅まで送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？

緊張しないなんて無理だよ を英語で教えて!

1. There's no way I can't be nervous.
緊張しないなんてありえないよ。
there's no way は「～なんてありえない 」、can't be nervous は「緊張しないわけにはいかない 」という表現です。二重否定で「絶対に緊張する」という強い気持ちを表します。

例文
He told me to "try not to be nervous" before my presentation, but there's no way I can't be nervous in front of so many people.
プレゼンの前に「緊張しないように頑張って」と言われたけど、こんなに大勢の人の前で緊張しないなんて無理だよ。

・told me to: 私に～するように言った
・try not to be nervous: 緊張しないようにする

2. It's impossible for me not to be nervous.
私が緊張しないなんて不可能です。
it's impossible for me not to は「私にとって～しないなんて不可能だ 」、be nervous は「緊張する 」という表現です。こちらも二重否定で、緊張することが避けられないという強い気持ちを伝えます。

例文
"Just relax," they said. But it's impossible for me not to be nervous when I have to give a presentation.
「ただリラックスして」って言われたけど。でも、プレゼンをしなきゃいけない時に緊張しないなんて私には無理だよ。

深く掘り下げた議論が求められる。 を英語で教えて!

1. A deep dive discussion is required.
深く掘り下げた議論が求められる。
deep dive は「徹底的な調査 」「掘り下げた調査 」という表現で、特定のテーマを深く掘り下げる議論であることを強調します。

例文
A deep dive discussion is required, because this is something that needs to be discussed thoroughly,
しっかり話し合わなければならない内容なので、深く掘り下げた議論が求められる。

2. We need a thorough discussion.
我々は徹底的な議論が必要だ。
thorough は「徹底的な 」「綿密な 」という形容詞で、一般的な表現です。

例文
We need a thorough discussion to understand all the aspects of this problem.
この問題の全ての側面を理解するためには、徹底的な議論が必要だ。

3. An in-depth discussion is necessary.
詳細な議論が必要だ。
in-depth は「詳細な 」「徹底的な 」という表現で、詳細な情報を検討する必要があることを強調します。

例文
An in-depth discussion is necessary before we make a decision.
決定を下す前に、詳細な議論が必要だ。
