三つ葉、四つ葉 を英語で教えて!

I can't find four leaves, only three.
三つ葉ばかりで四つ葉が見つからない。

そのまま「3つの葉」「4つの葉」で表します。
クローバーであるなら、clover を出すと分かりやすくなります。

例：
Three-leaf clovers are common.
三つ葉のクローバーは多く見られる。

Four-leaf clovers are hard to find.
四つ葉のクローバーを探すのは難しい。

ちなみに、料理などに使う三つ葉は mitsuba もしくは Japanese honeywort と言います。

例：
Mitsuba is used for soup.
三つ葉はお吸い物に使われます。
Japanese hornwort is said to be the vegetable that heralds spring.
ミツバは春を告げる野菜だと言われています。

呼び出し音 を英語で教えて!

I would like to know how to change this ring.
この呼び出し音の変え方を教えてほしい。

「呼び出し音」の他にも、「音が鳴る」などの意味があります。
例：
I recognized the call by the ringing.
音が鳴って電話に気づいた。

tone をつけると、より分かりやすくなります。
例：
I want to change the ring tone of my phone.
携帯電話の呼び出し音を変えたい。

ちなみに、ring はイギリスでは「電話する」という意味もあります。
例：
I ring a number.
電話をかける。

無理にこじつける を英語で教えて!

1. 「意図して意味を変えること」「ゆがめられた」などの意味を持ちます。

例：
I hate forced, distorted thinking.
無理にこじつけた考えは嫌いだ。

He distorted the story to his own advantage.
自分の都合のよいように話をこじつけた。

2. 「無理に解釈する」「乱用する」などの意味を表します。

例：
He stretched the point.
彼は無理なこじつけをした。

That's stretching it a bit.
それはややこじつけだ。

ちなみに、「理屈に合わない考え」は an idea that doesn't stand to reason などと表現します。

お礼をする を英語で教えて!

1. 「お礼を言う」「感謝をする」という意味があります。
また、 thank は thank-you gifts のように、形容詞として使うこともできます。

例：
We should thank you, shouldn't we?
お礼をしなきゃね。

I want to thank you for your kindness.
親切にしてもらったお礼をしたい。

I go to department stores to choose my thank-you gifts.
私はお礼の品を選ぶためにデパートへ行きます。

2. 「感謝の気持ち」を表す gratitude を使っても表現することができます。

例：
We show our gratitude with this gift.
感謝の気持ちをこのプレゼントで表します。

I sing with gratitude.
私は感謝の気持ちを込めて歌を歌います。

請求書の発行日は4月以降がいいですを英語で教えて!

「請求書」は invoice や bill、「発行日」は invoice date や date of issue で表します。
「～以降」は after ～ で表します。
例）The next meeting will take place after October.
次の会議は10月以降に開催します。

Invoices need to be processed at the end of the month.
月末に請求書の処理をする必要がある。

I receive the bill.
私は請求書を受け取る。

The invoice should state the date of issue.
請求書には発行日の記載をします。
