そのまま「藁」を「掴む」とした表現です。

A drowning man will clutch at a straw. は『溺れる者は藁をもつかむ。』という英語のことわざです。
これを引用する形で使うこともできます。
With the spirit of 'The drowning man grasps at straws.', Let's manage to get there in time.
『溺れる者は藁をもつかむ。』の気持ちで何とか間に合わせよう。

ちなみに、「会議資料」は Meeting documents 、「提出期限」は submission deadline と表します。
例）
I want to make sure that my meeting documents are ready by the submission deadline.
私は会議の資料を提出期限までに間に合わせたい。

内奥 を英語で教えて!

Pay more attention to the inside.
もっと内部に注目してください。

「内奥」を直接表す英単語はないので、「内部」「本性」などを意味する inside を使って表すことができます。
また、「本質的」は nature や essence を使って表現することができます。

The nature of things can be known by looking inside.
物事の本質は内部を見ることで知ることができる。

封止材 を英語で教えて!

1. 「カプセル化物質」や「封止材」を意味します。

encapsulants purchased from company ○○ is important.
○○社から購入した封止材が重要です。

An encapsulant is required in the last stage of the process.
封止材は最後の行程で必要です。

○○社から購入した封止材

2. 「半導体」を表す semiconductor と「封をするもの」を表す sealing を組み合わせた単語です。

I will check the stock of semiconductor sealings.
封止材の在庫の確認をする。

Semiconductor sealings are materials that protect against external factors.
半導体封止材とは、外的要因から保護する材料です。

目に焼き付けて を英語で教えて!

「目に焼き付ける」を直訳すると to burn into one's memory となりますが、
日常会話ではあまり使われないため、以下の表現を参考にしてください。

1. 「心に取っておく」と解釈した表現です。
例：
Keep in your mind's eye.
目に焼き付けてね。

Keep this memory in your mind's eye.
この思い出を目に焼き付けてね。

I will keep this view in my mind's eye.
私はこの景色を目に焼き付けます。

2. 「忘れない」と解釈した表現です。
例：
Never forget this landscape.
この景色を忘れないでね。

I will never forget this scenery.
この景色を絶対に忘れません。

話に調子を合わせる を英語で教えて!

1． 「調子」は tone と表しますが、「話しの調子」を伝えるために of talking を使うとより分かりやすくなるでしょう。

I'm keeping with the partner's tune of talking.
相手の話す調子に合わせています。

2． 「調子を合わせる」や「足並みをそろえる」などの意味があります。

I keep in step with his talk.
私は彼の話に合わせている。
I keep in step with my work colleagues.
