「現状」は名詞句で「current situation」と表します。本ケースでは「仕事の現状」ですから「current job situation」とします。

構文は、疑問副詞（How）を文頭に置いて、be動詞、主語（current job situation：現在の仕事の状況）を続けて疑問文に構成します。

たとえば“How is your current job situation?”とすれば「現在の仕事の状況（＝現状）はどうですか？」の意味になりニュアンスが通じます。

また動詞を「進捗する」の「progress」に代えて現在進行形の疑問文の形で“How is your work progressing?”とすると「仕事の進み具合はどうですか？」の意味になり此方もニュアンスが通じます。

「progress」は「進捗」と訳せますので「How is~」をつけて聞くのが最も分かりやすいです。
会話の中で使うときには「How is」を「How's」と省略するとよりネイティブに近く聞こえるので、試してみてくださいね。

「進捗」や「現状」という言葉を使わなくても、仕事の状況であると分かっているメンバーなら「Is everything okay?」で伝わるでしょう。
