為す術もない を英語で教えて!

試験後で結果がでてしまい、今となっては為す術もないと言いたいです。

After all this time,there is nothing I can do without checking my result of the exam.
今となっては結局、試験の結果を確認する以外に成すすべがない。

シンプルな表現ですが、「そこにはなにもない」という意味合いのThere is nothingをI can doで修飾すると、there is nothing I can doとなり、「私にはなすすべがない」という意味になります。
この文章で使われている表現についてほかにも触れておきます。まず、after allは「結局」という意味になります。次に、without ~ing...で、「~する以外に」という表現になります（例：without find him.「彼を見つける以外に」）覚えておいて損はないですよ！

there is や there are は「〜がある」という意味を表す表現ですが、基本的に、何か新しいことを伝える際に伝える表現になります。また、nothing は「何も〜ない」という意味を表す代名詞で、肯定文ととも使われ、否定の意味を表します。

Unfortunately, there is nothing that I can do now.
（残念ながら、今となっては為す術もない。）

なすすべもない

choice は「選択」「選択肢」などの意味を表す名詞なので、have no choices で「選択肢がない」＝「為す術もない」という意味を表せます。

私にできることは何もない。

「There is nothing（何もない）」の後ろに、「I can do （私にできる）」と続けた表現です。

Now that I have the results of the exam, there is nothing I can do.
試験の結果が出た今、私にできることは何もない。

「Now that 主語 + 動詞」で、「…した今」になります。
例）
Now that I bought a nice dress, I should buy a new pair of shoes.
ステキなワンピースを買った今/買ったから、新しい靴を買わなくちゃ。

2　I wish I could do something.
何かできればいいのに。

こちらは少し違って「何かできればいいのに」ですが、これは裏を返せば、「何もできない」という意味になりますね。

「I wish I could + 動詞」で、「...できればいいのに」です。
例）
I wish I could sing better.
もっと上手に歌えればいいのに。
