などで表現できます。

Lack of excise and aging cause muscle weakness.
運動不足や加齢は筋肉が弱まる原因でもあります。

To fix physical weakness is to get a good sleep.
体力の衰えを治す方法に良質な睡眠を取る。

遺品整理 を英語で教えて!

遺品整理は
clear out one's belongings
と言います。
My grandmother passed on so I need to clear out her belongings.
（祖母が亡くなったので遺品整理をしなくちゃいけません）

また、故人をdeceased personとも言いますので
「故人の遺品整理をしなければならない」だと
I need to clear out a personal belongings of a deceased person.
ということもできます。

自動精算機 を英語で教えて!

スーパーなどの自動精算機は
self-checkout machine
と言います。

The benefit of self-checkout machine is to reduce labor cost.
自動精算機の良いところは、人件費を減らせるところです。

Some customers like self-checkout machine, others don't.
自動精算機を好きな人もいれば嫌いな人もいる。

Self-checkout machines save time for shoppers.
自動精算機は買い物客の時間節約になります。

子供会 を英語で教えて!

子供会という単語そのものはないと思いますので
英語で表すとしたら
local community for kids
や
neighborhood group
などが良いと思います。

昔は子供会があったけどな・・
は
We used to have a local community for kids in this town.
が良いと思います。

In the local community for kids, they help each other and solve problems together.
（子供会ではお互い助け合い、問題解決に取り組みます）

ほうれい線 を英語で教えて!

ほうれい線は　smile lines または　laugh linesともいいます。
またの名前をnasolabial foldsとも言います。

Smile lines are very common among women and men.
ほうれい線はすべての男女において共通するものです。

I'm worried about my smile lines.
で「ほうれい線が気になる」と言う表現になります。

ちなみに、worried の代わりに
bothered
concerned
upset
などの言葉も使えます。
