outstandingは"傑出した、実にすぐれた、傑出して、突き出た"という意味で抜群というニュアンスになります。

snap test
snapには、"急な、突然の"といった形容詞の意味があり、抜き打ちと表現出来ます。
We're going to do a snap test now.
『今から抜き打ちテストするよ』

unannouncedは"公言されていない、予告なしの"という意味の形容詞です。
unannounced testで"予告されていないテスト"＝抜き打ちテストと表現出来ます。

I was given an unannounced test in English class today, but fortunately, I was able to solve it because I had reviewed the material.
『今日の英語の授業でに抜き打ちテストが実施されたが、幸い復習していたので解けた』

抜きんでるはexcel、outstanding、stand out、surpassで表現出来ます。

excelは"勝る、優れる"
outstandingは"傑出した、実にすぐれた、突き出た"
stand outは"目立つ、際立つ、すぐれている"
surpassは"上回る、越える、～にまさる"という意味です。

He's so-so in other subjects, but outstanding in math.
『彼は他の教科はそこそこだが数学で抜きん出ている』

I want to surpass my father someday.
『私はいつか父親を超えたい』

森林伐採はdeforestation/disafforestationで表現出来ます。
