「知っているくせに知らないと言い張ること」を表す英語の表現はいくつかありますが、その中で最も近い表現は "to feign ignorance" です。

例えば、「He's feigning ignorance about the situation」は、「彼はその状況を知っているくせに知らないと言い張っている」という意味になります。

"He's feigning ignorance" と "pretend not to know" は意味が非常に近く、ほぼ同じです。両方とも「知らないふりをする」という意味を表しています。
ただし、"feigning" は少しフォーマルな言葉で、"pretend" はより日常的な言葉です。

ショッピングカート を英語で教えて!

「ショッピングカート」は英語で "shopping cart" や "shopping trolley" といいます。
アメリカ英語では "shopping cart" が一般的であり、イギリス英語では "shopping trolley" がよく使われます。

例文：I need to grab a shopping cart before I start picking out groceries.
訳：食料品を選ぶ前に、ショッピングカートを取らなくてはいけない。

じゃんけん を英語で教えて!

じゃんけんは英語でrock-paper-scissorsです。

じゃんけんで決めようは英語で、"Let's decide with rock-paper-scissors"や "Let's settle this with a game of rock-paper-scissors"などがあります。

例文紹介します、
I can't decide which restaurant to go to. How about we settle this with a game of rock-paper-scissors?
（どのレストランに行くか決められない。じゃんけんで決めるってどう？）

We both want to pick the movie tonight. Let's decide with a quick game of rock-paper-scissors.
（今晩見る映画について、どちらも自分の好きなものを選びたい。じゃんけんで決めよう。）

ジャムをたっぷり塗る を英語で教えて!

"ジャムをたっぷり塗る"を英語で表現すると、"spread a generous amount of jam"となります。

例文をいくつか紹介します。いずれも同じ内容を表す自然な英文です。

"I really enjoy eating bread with a lot of jam on it."
"My favorite way to eat bread is with a thick layer of jam."
"I love spreading jam generously on my bread and savoring every bite."
"There's nothing better than a slice of bread with a generous amount of jam spread on it."

ジャズよりクラッシック を英語で教えて!

I'm more into a classical than jazzで「私はジャズよりクラシック派だわ」という意味です。

I'm more intoで何かに強い興味を持っているときに使われる表現です。

いくつか例文を紹介しますね。
'm more into indie rock than mainstream pop.

（私はメジャーなポップスよりもインディー・ロックの方が好きです。）

He's more into hiking than cycling.
（彼は自転車よりもハイキングの方が好きです。）

She's more into reading than watching TV.
（彼女はテレビを見るよりも読書が好きです。）
