個人情報保護 を英語で教えて!

Personal data protection... 個人情報保護。personal data で個人情報という意味です。 protectionで保護という意味です。 protect （保護する）という動詞に名詞の接尾字 ionをつけることで 名詞になります。

例文
In today's digital age, personal data protection is a critical concern for both individuals and businesses.
（現代のデジタル時代では、個人情報保護は個人と企業の双方にとって重要な懸念事項です。）
※ age... 時代
※ Critical concern,,, 重大な懸念事項
※ both A and B... A とBどちらも

言論の自由 を英語で教えて!

Freedom of speech は言論の自由という意味です。Freedomで自由、speechで言論という意味です。

例文
Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right that allows individuals to express their opinions and ideas.
(言論の自由は自分の意見や考えを表明することを保証する基本的人権です）
※ fundamental human right... 基本的人権。という意味です。
※ allow... 許可する。という意味です。
※ express... 表明する。という意味です。

個人名の所をシュレッダーかけてください を英語で教えて!

(個人名のところをシュレッダーかけてください）

shredは細かくする、シュレッダーにかけるという意味です。ちなみに料理で細かくした食材などを表現するときにもつかいます。

例
She added some shredded cheese to the pasta.
（彼女はパスタにいくらかのみじん切りにしたチーズを加えた。）

I need to shred these old documents.
（この古い書類をシュレッダーかけないと）

言わずにおく を英語で教えて!

It would be wise not to say...言わずにいたほうが賢明でしょう。
※would...　助動詞の過去形を使うことで仮の話であることを表現できます。
※wise...賢い
※（形容詞） not to （不定詞）... （不定詞）しないほうが（形容詞）です。
好きな形容詞と動詞の原形を入れて文章を作ってみましょう。

It would be nice not to tell the landlord that we are going to have a party tonight, wouldn't it?
(今夜パーティすること大家に言わない方が良くない、、？）
※landlord...大家

言って聞かせる を英語で教えて!

get through to... 言って聞かせる
他人にメッセージ、情報、感情などを理解させたりしたいときに使えます。

No matter how many times I say it, getting through to a young child is so difficult.
(何回言っても、幼い子に言って聞かせるのは至難の業だ）
※no matter how many times S V ...何回Vしても

I've been trying to get through to him about the importance of teamwork, but he just won't listen.
(協力の重要性について彼に伝えようとしていますが、彼は聞こうとしません。)
