光陰矢の如し を英語で教えて!

・time flies
光陰矢の如し。時がたつのが早いという意味です。

例文
I can't believe it's already the end of the school year. Time flies!
（もう学年末なんて信じられない！！時がたつのが早い！！）
※ the end of the school year...学年末

It feels like we just got married yesterday, but it's our 10th anniversary today. Time flies when you're in love.
（昨日結婚したかと思ったらもう10周年だよ。恋してるときは時間たつのが早いね）
※ It feels like~~... ~~な感じ
※ get married... 結婚する
※ be in love... 恋してる

光が差す を英語で教えて!

・sunlight is streaming through the tree

streamは水が流れている様子を表す単語ですが、光がさしている情景を表したいときにも使うことができます。through the tree　で木の隙間から。です。through the cloud だと雲の隙間から。になります。

I was walking through the forest, and the sunlight was streaming through the trees, creating a beautiful scene.
（森を歩いていたら木の隙間から光がさして綺麗！美しい景色を作り上げています）
※ walk through... 歩く、中を歩く
※ create... 作り上げる

交通整備 を英語で教えて!

・pave... 舗装する

砂利道をアスファルトにするときに使う動詞は pave です。pave a gravel road　で砂利道をアスファルトにするという意味です。

The city decided to pave the old dirt road to make it more accessible for residents.
（町は住民のアクセスをよくするために古く土道を舗装することにした）
※ decide...決める
※ dirt... 土
※ accessible... アクセス可能　more accessible でもっとアクセスしやすいという意味です。

交通手段 を英語で教えて!

交通手段は英語でmeans of transportation といいます。meansは手段という意味です。
transportation は交通機関といった意味です。

例文
What means of transportation will you use for the trip?
(交通手段はなににする？）
※ trip...旅行

The means of transportation in this rural area are limited, so you may need to rely on your own vehicle.
（個々の田舎のエリアは交通手段が限られてるから、自分の車使わないといけないかも）
※ rural area... 田舎のエリア
※ rely on... 頼る
※ vehicle... 乗り物

交通違反切符 を英語で教えて!

・traffic violation ticket... 交通違反切符。英語でも交通違反をしてきられるものを ticketといいます。
traffic violation ticket　は交通違反切符という一般的な用語です。スピード違反等特定の違反について言いたい場合は speeding ticket　などということができます。

例文
I was running late for work, and I didn't notice the speed limit had changed. Unfortunately, I got a speeding ticket on my way.
（仕事に遅れそうで、速度制限が変更されたことに気付きませんでした。残念ながら、途中でスピード違反の切符を切られてしまいました。）
※ be動詞 running late... 遅れている
※ notice... 気付く
※ speed limit... 速度制限
※ on my way... 道中
