初めまして☆2017年からNCを始め、2019年にNC講師になりました。現在は育児の隙間時間に翻訳や自習をしながら復帰に向けて準備中です♪

意味をとらえる を英語で教えて!

「意味をとらえる」は英語で【to grasp ～】【to understand～】です。
【perceive～】も「～を感知する、気づく」なので近い意味で使えます

ex. 長文になると、英文の意味をとらえることができない
When it comes to long sentences, I can't grasp the meaning of English.
When it comes to～＝～になると

ex. 物事の本質をとらえなさい。
Grasp the essence of things.

意識を取り戻す を英語で教えて!

「意識を取り戻す」は英語で【 regain consciousness 】【 recover one's consciousness 】です。

regain=（再び）得る
consciousness＝意識
recover=回復する

ex. 一時重篤な状態になったが、意識を取り戻すまでになった。
I was in a serious condition temporarily , but I finally recovered my consciousness .
be in a serious condition =重篤な状態
finally=ついに

意見が取り上げられる を英語で教えて!

「（自分の）意見が取り上げられる」は英語では【my opinion is chosen】【my idea is taken up】です。

ex.自分の意見が取り上げられ、現在改善に向けて対応してもらっている。
My opinion has been taken up and I'm currently being dealt with for improvement.

dealt with＝ 対処する
improvement＝改善、前進

ex. 私の意見が取り上げられ採用されました。
My opinion was chosen and adopted.

adopt=～を採用する

委任状 を英語で教えて!

「委任状」は「代理人による申請が本人の意思に元ずくものと証明するもの」を言います。
英語では【 letter of attorney 】【 power of attorney 】です。

ex. 本人以外が申請するなら、委任状は必須です。
If someone applies instead of you, a letter of attorney is mandatory.
instead of ～ ＝ ～の代わりに
mandatory ＝ 必須

ex. 私は代理人なので委任状を持っていきます。
I'm an agent, so I'll bring a power of attorney.

暗黙の了解 を英語で教えて!

「暗黙の了解」は「口に出さなくても皆が了承していること」を意味します。
英語では【 tacit agreement 】【silent understanding】で言うことが出来ます。

会話などでは【unspoken agreement / rule】という表現がよく使われるようです。

tacit = 暗黙の～
silent = 無言の～

ex. これは我々の暗黙のルールです。
It is an unspoken agreement / rule among us.
among～＝ ～の間で
