初めまして☆2017年からNCを始め、2019年にNC講師になりました。現在は育児の隙間時間に翻訳や自習をしながら復帰に向けて準備中です♪

眠りが浅い・深い を英語で教えて!

寝ていても、少しの音で起きてしまうので、眠りが浅いんだと思います。
Even if I 'm sleeping, I think I don't sleep well because I wake up with a little sound.
don't sleep well=眠りが浅い
a little=少しの

(毎晩)朝までしっかりと眠れます。
I can sleep well until morning every night.
I sleep soundly（deeply）untill morning.

人を見る目がない を英語で教えて!

信じていた人に騙されたので、人を見る目がないのかな。
Because I was deceived by someone I believed in, I'm bad judge of people.

be a bad/poor judge of～＝～を見る目がない、目利きがない
deceive=～を欺いく(他動詞）/ だます、詐欺を行う(自動詞）

He has an eye for art.
彼は芸術を見る目があります。

have an eye for~=～を見る目がある、目利きです
have eyes for~=～に興味がある（※eyeが複数の場合）

常温保存・冷所保存 を英語で教えて!

常温保存は冷蔵庫に入れる必要はありません。
You don’t need to put in it the refrigerator for room temperature storage.
room temperature storage＝常温保存
refrigerator＝冷蔵庫

冷所保存の食品は涼しい場所に保管します。
I'll leave this food stored in a cold place.
leave=～に置いておく

作ったスパゲティーを冷たいまま置いておきました。
I'll leave the spaghetti I made cold.
leave ＋O(目的語）＋C（補語）＝OをCの状態にしておく

よく噛んで食べなさい を英語で教えて!

よく噛んで食べなさい。
Please chew well and eat.
chew=噛む

ex. この肉は固くて嚙み切れない。
This meat is so hard that I can't chew it.
hard= 固い ↔ soft=柔らかい

ex. この食べ物は柔らかいので噛まずに飲み込みます。
This food is sofy, so I swallow it without chewing it.
swallow＝飲み込む
swallow-swallowed-swallowed
