Make sure you rest. などがオススメです。

お昼ご飯は何にする？ を英語で教えて！

「お昼は何にする？」は英語で What do you want to eat/have for lunch? や What do you feel like having for lunch? または What are you going to eat for lunch? などの言い回しで表現できます。

B: We don't have much time, so let's buy something at the convenience store and eat at the park.

「お昼ご飯抜き」は英語で skip lunch や no lunch を使って表現することができます。
※「罰として」は as punishment や for disciplinary reason などの言い回しを使えます。

You didn't clean up or help today, so as a punishment, you will skip lunch.
（今日あなたはお片付けもお手伝いもしなかったから、罰としてお昼ご飯抜きにします。）

お転婆 を英語で教えて！

「お転婆」は英語では tomboy で表現できると思います。
これは元々は男の子に対する言葉だったらしいのですが、途中で女の子に対して使われるようになったようです。（英語のタイトルに使用されたり、日本でも有名歌手の歌詞で使われたこともあります。）

あとは、日本でも馴染みのある言葉ですが boyish も「お転婆」のニュアンスを表現できる言葉かと思います。
She is really shy and quiet now, but when she was a kid, she was a famous tomboy in town.
(今は本当にシャイで大人しい女性だが、子供の頃、彼女は街でも有名なお転婆娘だった。)
