「揉め事」は英語では dispute や trouble などで表現することができます。

「ムダ毛処理」は英語で remove unwanted hair になります。（ unwanted hair ＝ムダ毛、remove ＝取り除く）
※ちなみに 「脱毛」は hair removal などと呼ばれます。

「らちが明かない」は英語では no solution や no progress を使って表現すれば言い表せると思います。
