おきて を英語で教えて！

「おきて」は英語では rule や regulation などで表現することができます。
また、正式にルール化されているわけではない「暗黙のおきて」のようなものを日本では「不文律」「暗黙の了解」などと言いますが、英語ではそれを unwritten rule と表現できます。

He broke the dormitory rule of not going out after 9pm.
（彼は、「午後 9 時以降は外出してはいけない」という寮のおきてを破った。）

In our dojo, there is an unwritten rule that "You must not participate in a match without the master's permission."
（我が道場では、「師範の許可なく試合に出場してはいけない」という不文律がある。）

ビールを注ぐ を英語で教えて！

「ビールを注ぐ」は英語では pour beer や pour out beer などで表現することができます。
※ pour out には「こぼれる」という意味もあります。

He silently poured a beer into my glass, and I tried to pour it into his glass as a courtesy, but he declined.
（彼は黙って私のグラスにビールを注いでくれたので、礼儀として彼のグラスにビールを注ごうとしたが、彼はそれを断った。）

My daughter is only 5 years old, but she can pour out water into a glass well.
（うちの娘はまだ5歳ですが、グラスによく水を注ぐことができる。）

「克服する」は英語では get over や overcome などを使って表現することができます。

You finally got over the green peppers you hated.
（嫌いだったピーマンをようやく克服できたね。）

You already have the best skills and body in the world. All you have to do is overcome your weakness.
（お前は既に世界一のスキルや肉体を持っている。あとは自分の心の弱さを克服するだけだ。）

毅然とした を英語で教えて！

「毅然とした」は英語では resolute や gallant などを使って表現できると思います。

I made a mistake at the piano recital and was upset, but I was able to perform with a resolute attitude.
（ピアノ発表会で間違え動揺したが、毅然とした態度で演奏できて何よりだ。）

His gallant demeanor at the press conference looked admirable even from the outside.
（記者会見での彼の毅然とした振る舞いは側から見ていても立派に見えた。）

防音設備 を英語で教えて！

「防音設備」は英語では soundproof で表現することができます。
※ちなみに「防水」は waterproof , 「防火」は fire protection と表現できます。

This room is soundproofed so that you can practice the piano at any time, so you can play to your heart's content.
（この部屋はいつでもピアノの練習出来るように防音設備を施してあるから、思い切り演奏していいよ。）
