「度が過ぎる」は英語では it's too much や it's overdo などで表現することができます。

Why did you hit your brother Isn't that too much?
（なんで弟を殴ったの？それは度が過ぎるでしょ？）

If it's a normal product, I can accept some price cuts, but it's overdo to sell at half price.
（通常商品なら、多少の値下げは許容できるけど、でも半額で売るのは、度が過ぎてるよ。）
