「内地」は英語では mainland や inland などで表現することができます。

I've lived on this island all my life, so I've only been to the mainland a few times.
（私はこの島でずっと暮らしているので、内地に行ったことは数回しかないよ。）

Recently, this island has also become famous as a tourist spot, so I think the number of people who have moved from the inland has increased a little.

冬タイヤ を英語で教えて!

「冬タイヤ」は英語では winter tire や snow tire などで表現することができます。
※ studless tire という表現も一応あるようです。

It snows frequently there, so you should definitely change to snow tires.

あかぎれ を英語で教えて!

「あかぎれ」は英語では chapped skin と表現することができると思います。

In winter, it gets cold and dry, so chapped skin becomes worse.
（冬になると寒くなり、乾燥するので、あかぎれがひどくなる。）

You should apply a lot of moisturizing cream before the chapped skin becomes severe.
（あかぎれが酷くなる前に保湿クリームたっぷり塗った方がいいよ。）
