和解する を英語で教えて!

「和解する」は英語では reconcile や make up などで表現することができます。

If there is anything it takes for them to reconcile, I will do whatever it takes.
（彼等が和解する為に必要なことがあるなら、私は何でもやります。）

Don't you think it would be better for you to make up with him instead of confronting him?
（対立しているより、彼と和解した方があなたにとって得だと思いませんか？）

「どうでもいいや！」は英語では I don't care! や whatever! などで表現することができます。

I've been working hard for the team as captain, but I'm not getting any results, so whatever!

「内地」は英語では mainland や inland などで表現することができます。

I've lived on this island all my life, so I've only been to the mainland a few times.
（私はこの島でずっと暮らしているので、内地に行ったことは数回しかないよ。）

Recently, this island has also become famous as a tourist spot, so I think the number of people who have moved from the inland has increased a little.
（最近はこの島も観光地として有名になったから、内地から移住してくる人も少し増えたと思うよ。）

冬タイヤ を英語で教えて!

「冬タイヤ」は英語では winter tire や snow tire などで表現することができます。
※ studless tire という表現も一応あるようです。

Be sure to change to winter tires before driving to cold regions.
（寒冷地を走行する前には必ず冬タイヤに交換してください。）

It snows frequently there, so you should definitely change to snow tires.
（あそこは頻繁に雪が降るところだから、絶対に冬タイヤに取り替えた方がいい。）
