「二次創作」は英語では derivative work や fan fiction などで表現することができます。

The extra edition of a famous soap opera is a derivative work, right?

it's like a different world などで表現することができます。

It's like another world in the novel.

「マフラーを巻く」は英語では put on a scarf と表現することができます。
※ 「マフラー」を muffler と表現することは今はほとんどないようです。

I'm putting my favorite scarf today, so I feel good.

「自称」は英語では self-proclaimed や self-styled などで表現することができます。

He is a self-proclaimed photographer, but no one has seen his work.
（彼は自称カメラマンですが、誰も彼の作品を見たことはありません。）

He is a singer, but when he was arrested by the police, he was reported as a "self-styled singer".
（彼は歌手だが、警察に捕まった時に、「自称歌手」と報道された。）
