「二度手間」は英語では double work や duplicate effort などで表現することができます。

「わがまま」は英語では selfishness や egotism などで表現することができます。

「日傘」は英語では parasol と表現することができます。

In Japan, parasols are indispensable for UV protection.

かき氷 を英語で教えて!

「かき氷」は英語では shaved ice や snow cone などで表現することができます。
※ハワイでは shave ice と言うそうです。

Taiwanese shaved ice is delicious, but I also like Japanese simple shaved ice.
（台湾のかき氷も美味しいですが、日本のかき氷もシンプルで好きです。）

I want to eat snow cone on hot days.

「大気汚染がひどい」は英語では terrible aerial pollution や awful atmospheric contamination などで表現することができます。

This city has terrible aerial pollution. Maybe it's because of the heavy traffic.

〇〇 has awful atmospheric contamination, so I don't think it's possible to hold a tournament.
