「理想の家族」は英語では ideal home や ideal family などで表現することができます。

「親に心配をかける」は英語では cause one's parents to worry や make one's parents worry などで表現することができます。

I don't want to make my parents worry about me, so please don't tell them about my dreams.
（親に心配をかけたくないので、私の夢を話さないでください。）

「せせこましい」は英語では narrow and crowded や narrow-minded などで表現することができると思います。。

I started living alone, but I have a lot of furniture and miscellaneous goods in my one-room apartment, so it has become a narrow and crowded room.
（一人暮らしを始めたが、ワンルームに家具や雑貨がたくさんあるので、せせこましい部屋になってしまった。）
