「連れ戻す」は英語では bring someone back や haul someone back などで表現することができます。

My daughter ran away from home, so I will bring her back soon.
（娘が家出したので、すぐに連れ戻す。）
※ run away from home（家出する）

It would be terrible if he really quit the company, so I will definitely haul him back.
（彼が会社を本当に辞めたら大変なので、絶対に連れ戻す。）
