「メニューが豊富」は英語では there are many foods on the menu や there are many dishes on the menu などで表現することができると思います。

※ちなみに、英語の menu は食事のリストのことで、個々の品目に対しては使われません。

「メンツ」は英語では face や honor などで表現することができると思います。
